Is it possible to use ES-20/60 as an incubator without shaking function?
Yes, it is possible. Press corresponding buttons ▼ ▲ RPM and set the desired speed or turn off shaking by setting the value "000" on the display.

Does the maximum load include the weight of the platform and mat ?
No, declared maximum load applies on useful load.
